The attitude of the administration towards teachers (if they are not one of “their own”) is very strange, they are constantly looking for shortcomings in their work, they do not encourage you to introduce new teaching methods if you do not teach “the old fashioned way”, as in Soviet times (i.e. you do not force cram from now to now), you're wrong. As a result, teachers leave, there is constant staff turnover, the administration is looking for new ones literally a few days before the start...

ABOUT MABIU
The International Academy of Business and Management is a university that trains students in the specialties most in demand in the modern labor market.
Getting an education at the academy
At MABIU, located in Moscow, it is possible to get an education at one of 6 institutes:
- Jurisprudence, where specialists are trained in civil law and criminal law specializations. The guarantee that the students who graduate from this institute will be in demand by employers is a well-organized educational process and highly qualified teaching staff, and the education that students receive here meets both domestic and international standards;
- Design and advertising, where the traditions of Russian art are preserved and carefully observed, but the requirements of modern society for specialists in this field are also taken into account;
- International Relations and the World Economy, after graduation, university graduates can find a job in federal departments, various government agencies, international missions and organizations;
- The Institute of Modern Communication Systems and Technologies is the first educational unit in the country that trains professional communication managers and image makers to work in the field of social, political and business communications, mastering image and reputation technologies;
- Economics and Management, after which students can find a job at any enterprise in the country;
- Information and innovative technologies, the creation of which was dictated by progress and the introduction of complex technical management methods into the economy.
You can enroll in distance learning at MABIU, thanks to which students will be able to obtain a specialty that is in demand in the modern labor market without leaving home. Here you have the opportunity to study in preparatory courses, where the best teachers will teach applicants how best to pass the EGE and enter the academy. Also on the territory of the university there is a “School of Young Journalists”, whose teachers will tell applicants how to successfully pass the creative exam for admission to the Faculty of Journalism.
Scientific activities of the academy
A significant place in the activities of MABIU is given to scientific work. It is this that is the basis of the work of the academy’s teaching staff. University professors study the problems of the educational process and constantly improve it so that students better understand the material and are more suited to work in their chosen specialty.
Academy teachers are busy writing scientific articles and monographs based on their research. They also write and publish scientific and methodological manuals and textbooks, which are an invaluable aid to students during their educational process.
A Student Scientific Society has been created on the basis of 4 MABIU institutes, where any student who wants to try himself on a scientific path can enroll. Together with their teachers, they participate in scientific conferences where they study issues in the social and humanitarian sphere. They also participate in competitions held between universities for the best scientific work, which adds excitement to their work.
After completing their studies, those students who do not want to part with their favorite academy and want to engage in scientific activities there can enroll in graduate school.
Recruitment agency in MABIU
The academy has its own recruitment agency. Any university students who urgently need money can apply here. For them, the staff of the recruitment agency specially selects a job whose schedule will not interfere with their educational process.
Future graduates of the academy can find permanent work at job fairs, which are held on the territory of the university twice a year. Here students can learn about vacancies in leading companies in the country and choose a job to their liking.
In 2008, the academy entered into a partnership agreement with Manpower Inc. is a global leader in the staffing industry that helps employers find new employees. The corporation's employees carefully study the requests of their clients and try to select among MABiU students exactly those who best suit them. But students can also contact this corporation and get tested there, so that Manpower Inc. employees. were able to assess their abilities and select the most suitable job. In addition, Manpower Inc. has offices in 72 countries, which means that academy students can find work abroad.
The International Academy of Business and Management (IABiU) was founded in 1994. Core areas of the academy: legal, sociological, economic, customs, management. Qualifications: bachelor's, specialist's, master's degrees. You can enroll in graduate school, there are advanced training courses. Training is conducted full-time and part-time. International Academy of Business and Management (IABiU) was created in 1994. Initially, at the academy, then the International University of Business and Management, students studied in four areas and six specialties of higher professional education.
general information
Today, the academy trains specialists and bachelors in 27 specialties and areas of higher professional education, 5 specialties of postgraduate education (postgraduate studies), 15 specialties of secondary vocational education and 3 additional education programs.
The Academy has four branches in the cities of Bryansk, Protvino, Saratov, and Tula. Over the years of its existence, the academy has trained more than 10 thousand specialists with higher education.
MABIU has state accreditation. In 2005, the university was granted state accreditation status “Academy”. Almost 300 teachers work in 28 departmental teams of the Academy, 65% of them have academic degrees and titles, about 20% are doctors of science and professors.
Fourteen divisions and departments provide comprehensive support for the educational process at the academy.
The Academy’s partners in the targeted training of specialists with higher education, organization of student internships, retraining and advanced training of existing professionals are many well-known business structures and government agencies, foreign educational organizations, in particular the Adizes Academy of Management and York University (USA).
