1.3. The quality manager is appointed and dismissed in accordance with the procedure established by current labor legislation by order of the general director.
1.4. The quality manager must know:
- resolutions, instructions, orders, other governing and regulatory documents relating to the work of the company;
- rights and obligations of employees and their work schedule;
- internal labor regulations;
- labor protection rules and regulations; safety rules, industrial sanitation and hygiene, fire safety.
1.5. The quality manager is guided in his activities by:

2. Job responsibilities of the quality manager
The Quality Manager performs the following job responsibilities:
2.1. Participates in preparation for certification for compliance with ISO 9001 requirements and subsequent periodic inspection control.

2.3. Participates in the preparation of draft administrative and regulatory documents of the company (including QMS documents).

2.6. Participates in internal audits of company divisions as an internal auditor.
2.7. Prepares draft reports on audits performed.
2.8. Participates in the collection and systematization of information necessary for analysis of the QMS by senior management.
2.9. Participates in the analysis of information and the preparation of draft reports on the functioning of QMS processes and the effectiveness of the QMS as a whole.
2.10. Ensures the implementation of measures to maintain the competence of the company's internal auditors.
2.11. On behalf of the head of the quality department, he participates in training the company’s internal auditors.
2.12. Conducts consulting and methodological work with personnel on QMS processes and issues established by the head of the department.
2.13. On behalf of the head of the department, he participates in the work of collegial bodies, the results of which influence the work of the QMS.
2.14. Performs one-time official tasks, instructions and instructions of the General Director, Executive Director, which are within the scope of activity of the quality manager.
3. Rights of the quality manager
